Ode to Man

Composed by Ned Rorem, “Ode to Man” is one of three Rorem works Anchorites performed on October 3, 2026, at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Baltimore, alongside “Four Madrigals” and “From an Unknown Past”, as part of a program exploring Rorem’s underappreciated vocal ensemble music alongside fifteenth- and sixteenth-century repertoire.
